Canceling your subscription

If you're unhappy with the ScribbleVet service, you can request a refund or cancel your subscription by emailing us at support@scribblevet.com. Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided if the service is cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase or the service was not accessible for a substantial portion of the subscription.

Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for your subscription purchase or cancelation to be processed.
